The Detroit Golf Club Homeowners’ Association (“DGCHOA” or “Association”) is a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation comprised of persons who own property and/or homes on one of the five streets bordering the historic Detroit Golf Club.

Our history dates back to 1938 when the first Association was organized as the Detroit Golf Club Property Owners Association.  The name was changed to Detroit Golf Club Homeowners’ Association when our State of Michigan registration was renewed in 2013.  The DGCHOA actively works to preserve the character, beauty and stability of the neighborhood and provide a sense of community and tradition to its residents.

The Association’s goal is to provide essential services to home ownership in the community, such as security, snow removal, and maintenance of the common areas; and to provide the neighborhood with an effective communication link with the Detroit Golf Club, the City of Detroit, and other neighborhood associations.
